Where do I redeem my tickets? Where is the meeting point? How can I find you?

The tickets can be redeemed directly at the meeting point, at the end of Bridge that is in-front of Castel Sant'Angelo, at least 15 minutes before the tour. Your guide will be there with a company branded flag.

Can I change my booking?

You can change your booking on your own up to 24 hours before the tour. If you need to change the reservation less than 24 hours before the tour, you can contact us via phone or email and we will check if we can accomodate your request.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the tour to get a full refund.

What happens if I arrive late?

We can try to wait for you, but only a few minutes.

I lost my tour, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, if you arrive late or don't show up and lose the tour, we cannot issue any refund. However we can always try to reschedule your reservation, but we will need to ask you to pay a reschedule fee to pay the costs of the new tour.

Is this tour going to take place even if it rains?

Yes, this tour operates in all weather conditions.
